Accor Plus Adds 20 Bonus Status Nights to Your Membership Perks

Exciting news from Accor Plus! The hospitality brand has recently announced an enticing new benefit for its members: a bonus of 20 Status Nights.

This new advantage will help those Accor Plus members seeking to level up their membership status or prolong their current one.

For context, Accor Plus is a membership programme favoured by clients in the Asia-Pacific region and international travellers alike. It offers a range of benefits on accommodations, food and beverage discounts, and other perks. But now, the programme has become even more appealing, especially for those that have acquired their status as a perk with a high-end credit card like the American Express Platinum.

In the past, members could fast-track to Gold status with the ibis BUSINESS card, a paid membership option.

But since the rebranding of ibis BUSINESS to ibis PLUS, the fast-track option now only leads to Silver status - the same as the initial enrolment benefit for Accor Plus. This change made the Gold status level even more elusive for those that stayed at Accor properties only a few times a year.

With the introduction of the new 20 Status Nights benefit, Accor Plus members will find it much easier to reach Gold or even Platinum status.

Securing Gold status typically requires 30 nights, while Platinum requires 60 nights. But with these bonus nights, members only need 10 nights for Gold and 40 nights for Platinum.

This is a significant reduction in status earn requirements, incentivising members to book more stays rather than purchasing 'status' for a one-off stay.

Accor Plus will credit your bonus 20 Status Nights to your account within 10 days, either for existing members, or for those that join.

Following this, you'll automatically receive a bonus of 20 Status Nights every 12 months upon renewing your Accor Plus membership.

So, if you're not yet a member, now might be the perfect time to join and start enjoying more of what Accor has to offer.
